Commercial Sales Agent/Property Manager
The Rants Group is a commercial real estate, property management and development company. We have been in business since 1973 and focus mainly on the Thurston County market. The Rants Group manages a wide range of property - anything from single-family homes to large apartment complexes to four story office buildings. We currently have thirteen employees. We recently won an award for “innovative benefit and compensation programs” from the Association of Washington Business. The Rants Group’s mission is to provide the highest level of professional commercial, investment real estate services primarily in the South Puget Sound Region.
COMPENSATION: $2,500 to $3,000 a month DOQ plus commissions for sales and leasing

HOURS: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday plus some off-hours
TRANSPORTATION: Must have reliable transportation.
EDUCATION: Must have or be able to obtain a Washington State real estate license. License
Must be kept current with continuing education courses, per state requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
BRIEF JOB OVERVIEW: Primary functions shall include management, leasing and sales of investment properties. Such properties may include office, retail, medical and industrial.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be enthusiastic and sincere.
- Must be able to succeed as a property manager and sales and leasing agent.
- Must have demonstrated integrity and production.
- Strong ability to manage details of property management.
- Present a personable and professional manner
- To be assertive and consistent with rules, laws and guidelines.
- Be able to communicate well with property owners, tenants and office staff.
- Manage time well and be able to work unsupervised.
- Be able to sell our services to property owners and other potential clients.
- Previous experience preferred.
